Apartment Fire Bathroom total rebuild

The bathroom of an apartment with extensive structural and soot damage is the photo to the left.  Between what the fire destroyed and the soot that enveloped every inch of this home, it was considered a total loss.  The photo to the right shows the same bathroom weeks later.  SERVPRO of Alachua County West completed water mitigation which was caused by the firefighters trying to save as much of the structure as possible as well as other apartments nearby.  We also completed a total fire restoration, making sure that all burned materials were removed as well as soot and odor. Lastly we completed a total rebuild of the structure, leaving an apartment that was safe, as well as comfortable for the tenants.
