Even outdoor spaces can be susceptible to water damage.

We have many spaces that are a part of our homes that serve different purposes and can handle different atmospheric conditions, such as a porch, screened room or lanai.  These areas of our homes are integral to the enjoyment of our homes and in most cases can handle a little moisture such as rainfall and humidity.  In some cases though, too much water can still do damage to your outdoor spaces.  The before photo of a screened in porch that flooded for several days due to stopped up drainage and heavy rains.  The photo to the right is after several days of drying out the materials and a thorough cleaning by our technicians.
