Fire & Water - Cleanup & Restoration

Mold can be lurking where you can't see it.

Unfortunately, many Floridians are no stranger to mold contamination in their homes.  With our sub-tropic climate, mold spores lurk everywhere in the outside air.  What many people do not think about when it comes to mold remediation is that your HVAC system has been sucking up those mold spores in your home and may be influencing their growth.  With any mold remediation a duct cleaning as well as coil and blower must be performed to ensure not to re-contaminate your home.  The first photo shows mold growth on a coil in a home that was affected in two rooms with abnormal mold growth.  The second photo was after a duct, coil, and blower cleaning.
