Improper construction can create mold issues in your new home.

Building or buying a new construction home can be an exciting time in your life.  Everything is brand new and clean.  It seems as if there could be no way to have danger lurking beneath the surface of your new home, but improper installation and inspection can leave you with a nightmare just a few short months later.  The before photo is the tear out after mold was discovered beneath a shower's tile due to an improperly installed shower pan and moisture barrier in a newly built home.  The photo to the right is the fully restored shower thanks to the team at SERVPRO of Alachua County West.
