I was not happy at all about finding mold after my water damage revealed un unchecked leak.  I'm glad my insurance company sent your company out for the water damage, and you explained to me my options for mold remediation.  Your guys did a great job, and were courteous and informative through the whole process!

Everyone was prompt, polite, and efficient.  We were pleasantly surprised by the crew that our adjuster recommended to us.  We appreciate all of your help!

Inspector told us there was a mold problem in the crawlspace of the house we wanted to buy, we asked ...for recommendations and were told that Mark Raymond and his ServPro team were the best. ...talked to Mark... got estimates and went ahead with the purchase confident that the [mold] problem would be solved and done right. Mark and his team were responsive...and patient with our questions and frustrations, even when we threw a curveball..to replace the kitchen...pleasure to work with.
